Dallman Johnstone have long argued for the retention of employment on sites even in residential areas to create balanced sustainable communities. As a result, gained this commission on the site of the Garvies Soft Drink Factory, working closely with the private housing and office developers.

The Enterprise Centre provides 12000sqft of high quality office space, to suit small to medium sized businesses in the area. The ground floor features meeting rooms and training space with a moveable wall to allow flexible use in up to three separate areas with seating for 7 to 70. A high degree of flexibility and technological growth was incorporated into the workspaces with suites ranging from 145sqft to 1534sqft. The Enterprise Centre has enjoyed continued 100% occupancy.
